An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner to join my client's well-established Residential Property team in Llanrwst, North Wales. This full-time role provides the chance to work in a vibrant and supportive team, offering a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

The role involves managing a wide range of property matters, including buying, selling, transfer of equity, and first registrations. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to build and expand their own client base within the local area.

My client is seeking a highly motivated individual with at least three years of experience in residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional client service. They should be calm under pressure, enthusiastic, conscientious, and approachable, with a proven track record in business development.
