Residential Conveyancer – Solihull

My client, an expanding CQS accredited law firm that has recently opened a new office in Solihull, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its growing Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a supportive and encouraging team as the firm embarks on its journey of growth in the region.

The firm is open to applications from individuals with at least two years of experience managing their own caseload, whether qualified or not, as long as they possess the necessary expertise and confidence in residential conveyancing.

You will be joining an expanding team of 4 experienced Property specialists who are committed to providing support and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of freehold, leasehold and remortgage transactions – around 60 to 70 files
• Handling the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion with efficiency and accuracy
• Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Utilising a high-tech case management system to streamline processes and ensure smooth case progression
• Working collaboratively with the team to contribute to the success and growth of the Solihull office

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience managing their own conveyancing caseload
• Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold and remortgage transactions
• Experience with new build properties is advantageous but not required
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to delivering high-quality service to clients
