Our client is recruiting an experienced Conveyancer to join its dynamic Residential Property team at its Redditch office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected and expanding law firm with a strong local presence and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Residential Conveyancer, your role will involve managing a caseload from instruction to post-completion, including:

• Handling freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases
• Managing remortgage transactions and equity release cases
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, titles and transfer documents
• Handling transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
• Ensuring compliance with CQS protocols and quality standards
• Providing supervision and support to conveyancing assistants
• Building strong relationships with local clients and professional contacts
• Cross-referring clients to other legal departments where appropriate

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Knowledge of local property markets in Redditch and surrounding areas
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Experience in business development and networking
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• A collaborative, team-focused attitude
