The Role:
You'll play a key part in guiding clients through some of life’s biggest decisions, from buying their first home to expanding their property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including leases, re-mortgages, licenses, and land-related matters.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals to progress matters efficiently.
• Delivering clear, practical legal advice throughout each stage of the process, ensuring clients feel supported and well-informed.
• Maintaining high standards of client care while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in residential property law, with a sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
• A client-focused approach, with the ability to explain legal matters in a clear and approachable manner.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and handle a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude and excellent attention to detail.
