Residential Conveyancer

TSR Legal are pleased to be recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established high street law firm in Bala, North Wales. This firm is known for providing high-quality legal services across multiple communities in North Wales, combining a strong traditional high street presence with a modern, client-focused approach. With a strong local client base and an emphasis on residential conveyancing, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys handling local property matters while being part of a friendly and supportive team.

The Role:

This is a key role within the firm, where residential conveyancing will be the primary focus. However, experience in private client matters would be advantageous, and any family law knowledge would be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Providing expert legal advice and excellent client care.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the local community.
• Opportunity to support private client and/or family law matters if experienced in these areas.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team.
• A Welsh speaker would be beneficial but is not essential.
