Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - High Street Firm - Oldham
Location: Oldham (1 day hybrid working available)
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Hours: Full-time

A well-established high street law firm in Oldham is seeking a capable and client-focused Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and close-knit environment, with flexibility for one day per week working from home.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, with full administrative support. Work will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Right to buy and help to buy schemes
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and compliantly

About You:

• The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, client-first approach
• Previous experience in a high street or regional firm (preferred but not essential)
• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or proven track record as an experienced fee earner
