Residential Conveyancer

Position: Residential Conveyancer
Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered)
Location: Norfolk (hybrid)
Salary guide: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Role:

We have partnered with our well-respected client in Norfolk to assist in the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancer. This full-time, permanent position provides an excellent opportunity to further develop your expertise while making a significant contribution to the continued growth and success of the team. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse range of cases including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold properties
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, title deeds, and searches
• Raising and responding to pre-contract enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
• Conducting Land Registry applications and handling Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) submissions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using case management systems

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to manage and prioritise a demanding caseload
• A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
• A commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in law and practice

Package:

• Competitive salary between £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
