The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. While the focus is on conveyancing, the firm is open to candidates with exposure to other areas of law - though this is not essential.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner.

• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.

• Able to manage a caseload independently with a high level of client care.

• Exposure to other legal disciplines is welcomed but not required.
