The Role:
As part of the firm’s thriving property department, you will guide clients through key transactions with professionalism and care. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build properties.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to keep transactions on track.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining high standards of client care.
• Ensuring files are managed efficiently in line with compliance and regulatory require­ments.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2+ years’ experience handling residential conveyancing files independently.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• A client-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong team ethic.
• Some exposure to light commercial conveyancing is desirable but not essential.
