In addition to local work, the firm undertakes work for national companies and has experienced growth in its commercial offering to clients in recent years.

They are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful and growing team.

This opportunity will suit a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with 3 years plus experience in a similar role. The caseload is a mixture of sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build work. Many clients are long-standing clients of the firm giving repeat instructions. The successful candidate will join an established team with a broad client base.
