The Role – Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

This firm is known for its longstanding reputation in residential property law.

With a loyal client base and strong local presence, the team is now looking to appoint a skilled conveyancing professional to handle a busy and varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run your own residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handle a wide range of transactions including:
  
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership
  • New builds and Help to Buy
  • Transfers of equity
  • Right to Buy
• Liaise with clients, agents, mortgage providers and other third parties
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory and firm-wide risk management procedures
• Contribute to the team’s performance, systems improvement and client experience

Your Profile:

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEX)
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage a full caseload independently
• Strong working knowledge of the full conveyancing process
• Confident using case management systems and digital workflows
• A proactive, professional and client-focused mindset
