Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold, and remortgages.

• Work closely with a legal assistant to ensure efficient case management and client support.

• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in conveyancing law and regulations.

About You:

• Qualified Conveyancer (CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor) with residential conveyancing experience.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining excellent client relationships.
