Are you an experienced 5+ years' PQE Residential Conveyancer ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join a team and independently manage the full range of residential property transactions, showcasing your expertise in fee-earning work.

Key Responsibilities:

• A Residential Conveyancer ready to handle your own caseload dealing with sale, purchase, remortgaging, flats and transfer of equity
• Responsibility for a non-volume caseload

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years' Residential Conveyancing experience
• Being qualified is an advantage but not critical
• Experience using Seneca or P4W
• Residential Conveyancer who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working in a fast pace but friendly environment
