The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience to join a busy and growing team. You’ll manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion, dealing with a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Residential Conveyancer to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision

• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process

• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties

• Maintain excellent file management and compliance with all regulatory standards

• Contribute to the team’s continued success and development

About You:

• A Residential Conveyancer with at least 4 years PQE in residential conveyancing

• Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail

• Confident managing a full caseload independently

• Committed to delivering outstanding client service

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
