Role Overview
We are pleased to be working on behalf of a progressive, top 100 UK law firm to recruit an Associate for their Residential Property team, based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and expanding conveyancing department that advises a broad range of clients, from first-time buyers to experienced property investors with extensive portfolios. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, delivering high-quality legal advice in a commercially aware and client-focused manner.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
We would like to hear from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or CILEx professionals with:

• Previous experience within a residential property team. As a guide our client is looking for a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing matters, from instruction to post-completion.
• Excellent client and project management skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines.
• The ability to work well within a small, collaborative team environment
• A proactive and commercially minded approach, with an interest in business development and networking opportunities
