Residential Conveyancer

Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a well-established, Legal 500 firm? Our client is a well-known regional firm and has a strong reputation across the board. This role is based in Durham, however travel to the firms' other offices is expected as and when required.

The Role

Joining this team, you will be handling a busy caseload from start to finish, including sale and purchase of both property and land, remortgages, new build, re-possessions, auction packs, transfers of equity and more. Your work will come from a mixture of delegation and work you will generate for yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Running your own files independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible for taking monies on account of fees and disbursements on all new instructions.
• Developing and maintaining important client relationships.
• Providing technically excellent advice and support to clients.

About You

• Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with 2 + years' experience with running your own varied conveyancing caseload.
• An excellent communicator in how you work with both clients and colleagues.
• Effective time management and organisational skills will need to be part of your skill set and you will need to be able to work under your own initiative to be proactive when working to tight deadlines.
• Someone who has a desire for continuous personal and professional development.
