Capio is proud to be partnering with a leading law firm in Swindon to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal professional to join a well-respected team and handle a broad range of residential property transactions.

About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential matters, delivering high-quality service to clients from instruction through to post-completion. You will be joining a forward-thinking firm that values professional development and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to progress files efficiently

• Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and firm standards

• Provide an excellent standard of client service at every stage of the transaction

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or experienced conveyancing fee earner

• Demonstrable experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills

• Comfortable using modern conveyancing and case management software

• Able to work proactively in a busy and collaborative environment
