In this role you will receive plenty of autonomy and trust and you can expect a caseload covering all the different areas of residential property law.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to put yourself in the shoes of your clients, able to handle all levels of transaction including high net worth properties.
Typical Responsibilities:
Handling residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages
Providing expert legal advice on property matters, including conveyancing and land registry procedures
Conducting title investigations, preparing contracts, and overseeing exchange and completion processes
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process
Managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service
The Cheltenham area is a fantastic place to liv and work. Applications from relocator will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work within commutable distance of the office.
