Job Description - Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
North West/Hybrid
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Are you a confident and experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety, and career growth? With hybrid working, you’ll have the freedom to balance office collaboration with remote working, while handling a varied caseload

The Role:
In this role, you’ll be helping clients through some of the most important transactions of their lives, whether they’re buying, selling, or leasing property. Your work will include:

Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
Handling the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as leases, licenses, mortgages, and land transactions.
Working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Providing clear, practical advice to clients, guiding them through the legal process with confidence and ease.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing, with a strong understanding of property law.
A track record of working directly with clients, providing a professional yet personable service.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – you’re someone who puts clients at ease and keeps transactions moving.
The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
A proactive, positive approach – you enjoy working as part of a team but can also manage your own workload confidently.
