Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive (CILEX)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive with over 2+ years of experience to join a growing law firm in Dorset.

This key position is with an established and highly respected firm that is looking for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to enhance its busy department.

In this role, you will manage a full caseload from instruction through to post-completion, with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages and equity releases for both freehold and leasehold properties. You will have at least 2 years of experience and will be expected to manage your own caseload while contributing to the development of the department.
