Residential Conveyancer – Chippenham (Hybrid)

A well-regarded Wiltshire law firm is looking to welcome a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to its growing team in Chippenham. This opportunity is open to Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with experience in residential property to work in a friendly, collaborative team that values client care and professional development.

The role:
You'll manage a broad caseload of residential transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy
• Remortgages and new build matters

What experience is required?

• 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
