Residential Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) to join a well-respected law firm at its Telford office.

The Role

You’ll manage a full spectrum of residential property matters including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership
• Right to Buy, Help to Buy, easements and lease extensions
• High-value and countryside properties

You’ll also contribute to business development initiatives and support the wider team by sharing expertise and best practices.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–5 PQE) with residential conveyancing experience
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent client communication and file management skills
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
