Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid options considered)
Salary:£35,000 -£60,000 (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join a reputable and forward-thinking law firm in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive with experience managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, and help-to-buy

• Conduct all aspects of the conveyancing process, including title checking, raising and reviewing enquiries, and preparing contracts

• Maintain high levels of client service and manage communications with clients, agents, and lenders

• Ensure all files are fully compliant with regulatory standards and internal procedures

• Meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (qualified or non-qualified routes considered)

• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Able to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in using case management systems
