The Role
You will manage a varied caseload (non volume) of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
• Ensuring all files comply with regulatory and quality standards

About You

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
