Residential Conveyancer

I am currently working with a well established firm looking to expand their Residential Property team and bring in 2 new solicitors to their department based in Bromley.

My client is looking for someone to come in and handle a full caseload of residential property matters including; first time buyers, staircasing, shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build purchases and auction sales & purchases.

They are looking for someone who has prior experience and can handle a caseload without supervision. You will have a broad knowledge of property law and provide exceptional client care.
