The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
• Handle plot sales and new homes matters for key developer and social housing clients
• Draft, prepare, and collate relevant legal documents and contracts
• Prepare detailed reports for clients and support them throughout the process
• Supervise and train junior members of the team
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, agents, and developers
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, including post-completion support

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Previous exposure to plot sales or new build transactions is highly desirable
• You may be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or an experienced paralegal/fee earner with no formal qualification
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
