Oculus is proud to partner with a well-regarded and expanding law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in Stoke-on-Trent.

This full-time, hybrid role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, who is confident managing a varied residential caseload and keen to take ownership of their work. You’ll be joining at an exciting time, with genuine opportunity to shape the direction of the office and contribute to its continued success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling a busy, diverse caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases with minimal supervision

• Providing an outstanding level of client care and service

• Working autonomously with sign-off authority, with the opportunity to step into a more collaborative leadership role as the team expands

• Playing a key part in the growth of the Stoke office through your business development skills

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified Residential Conveyancer with 3+ years’ PQE

• Clear, confident decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset

• Ambition and drive to build something meaningful in the region
