The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join the busy and successful property team based at their Grantham office. The role will involve handling your own caseload of residential property matters from start to finish.

Key duties include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  
  
• Handling title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports
  
  
• Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
  
  
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
  
  
• Overseeing the full transaction process including post-completion work such as SDLT and Land Registry filings
  
  
• Ensuring all work complies with professional and internal standards
  
  

You

Are you a capable conveyancer ready for your next step in a supportive and respected legal team? The successful candidate will be:

• An experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
  
  
• Comfortable running a full caseload independently
  
  
• Personable and client-focused, with strong communication skills
  
  
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
  
  
• Proficient in using conveyancing software and case management systems
