Residential Conveyancer

We are recruiting a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established Yorkshire law firm who have a great reputation across the region. This role is based at the firms Bradford offices within their expanding Conveyancing Department.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, consisting of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build. Shared ownership, remortgages and transfer of equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of residential transactions from instruction to completion.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors ensuring the progression of transactions.
• Conducting property searches and investigations to identify any potential issues.
• Keeping regular client contact with updates throughout the process.

About You

• Qualified Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or non-qualified individual with residential Conveyancing experience with proven experience of running your own caseload from start to finish.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent client care skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
