We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy conveyancing team based in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
• Work efficiently using a case management system and ensure all files are maintained in accordance with compliance standards
• Contribute to team and business targets with a commercially aware approach

You Will Have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
• A relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, or CLC), or significant equivalent experience
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a high-pressure environment
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Good IT skills and experience with case management systems
