Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner
Location: North Manchester / North West (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Competitive, DOE

Simpson Judge are currently working with a long-established, reputable law firm based in the North West, who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their growing property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm offering hybrid working, a strong team environment, and excellent long-term career progression.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, to include:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New builds and right to buy
• Help to Buy and shared ownership (desirable but not essential)
• You'll be joining a collaborative and friendly team with access to good quality work and strong administrative support.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident in working both independently and as part of a team
