We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join our client in Worcestershire.

• Manage a full caseload, handling a wide range of Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, addressing technical legal enquiries effectively.
• Actively participate in the development of the department, including training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.

• Minimum of 2 years qualified experience in Residential Property as a Conveyancer.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law and practice.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Organised and able to work effectively in a team.
