As Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will head up the department, taking ownership of a varied caseload and leading from the front. This is not a volume-driven role – instead, you will be entrusted with high-calibre matters, providing an exceptional client experience from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and equity release.
• Handling all matters from instruction to post-completion with autonomy.
• Providing expert guidance and leadership within the department.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.

I am keen to hear from highly skilled conveyancers who can demonstrate:

• A minimum of 3 years’ fee-earning experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail.
• The confidence to manage complex matters and work independently.
• A client-focused approach, delivering exceptional service.
• The ability to provide leadership and mentorship within the department.
