Residential Conveyancer – Remote
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a fully remote role with a supportive team and rewarding bonus structure?

I am working with a multi service law firm who is looking to recruit a number of skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancersto join their growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives working independently, can manage a busy caseload, and takes pride in delivering excellent client care.

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of up to 70 residential conveyancing files.
• Handling a wide variety of transactions including:
  
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build properties
  • Shared ownership
  • Remortgages
• Managing the entire process from instruction to post-completion.
• Undertaking title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Communicating effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
• Confident working remotely with the ability to build strong client relationships.
