Job Title: Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 DOE + Bonus & Benefits

With an outstanding reputation for quality service and client care, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious conveyancing professional to join a forward-thinking team.

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• 
  Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
• 
  New build transactions
• 
  Transfers of equity
• 
  Re-mortgages
• 
  Shared ownership

The firm provides excellent administrative support, allowing you to focus on managing your caseload effectively and delivering exceptional client service.

You will have experience running a full caseload of residential property files from instruction through to completion, with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to client care.

  Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 DOE
• 
  25 days holiday + statutory leave
• 
  Additional office closure at Christmas
• 
  One day per week home working
• 
  Annual bonus scheme
