A well-established Legal 500 law firm based in East Waverley, Surrey is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join its team.
This is a key appointment due to the relocation of the current post-holder.

You’ll take over an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Sales & purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor (or Licensed Conveyancer)
• 3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong client care and file management skills
• Ability to work independently
