A leading and well-established law firm in Worcestershire is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its successful and highly regarded conveyancing team. Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload independently.

Ensure compliance with all relevant conveyancing laws, regulations, and procedures.

Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Prioritise and progress multiple matters simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.

Work collaboratively with fellow fee earners and support staff to uphold exceptional service standards.

About You

Essential

Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer within a law firm or conveyancing practice.

Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing processes.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Confidence in negotiating terms and managing your own caseload using modern IT systems.

A team-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday
