About the firm:

This is an exciting new ABS law firm, operating as the legal arm of a well-established multi-disciplinary property group who employ over 150 staff throughout Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Leicestershire, and the West Midlands.

The group offer clients a comprehensive, smooth conveyancing process with work generated by their extensive network of estate agency branches. Unlike traditional law firms reliant on cold marketing or panel instructions, they sit directly inside a major estate agency network, generating work from local property sales, with around 160 new instructions per month.

The firm offer great financial stability. Whilst their own brand name is still fresh, they are backed by an organisation with roots dating back to the 1840’s. This is a very exciting startup environment with enterprise-level financial security.

With automated workflows and dedicated onboarding and post-completion teams, conveyancers are free to manage their caseloads without any unnecessary, time-consuming administration.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
Liaising with clients, keeping them updated
Liaising with third party professionalsWho we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

Fully qualified status – solicitor, CLE or CLC
Up to date experience of running a conveyancing caseload - from handling enquiries up to completion
A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
Excellent client care skillsWhat’s on offer:

This is a full-time permanent, office-based job working 9:00am to 5:00pm with an hour’s lunch break. Reduced hours will also be considered for suitably experienced candidates.
