The Role
This position is for a Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience running their own caseload. The successful candidate will join a busy, well-structured conveyancing department and enjoy full administrative support.

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity
• Working closely with clients to deliver a high standard of service
• Maintaining good relationships with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Using case management systems efficiently to handle day-to-day tasks

You
The firm welcomes applications from a variety of qualified and non-qualified backgrounds, including solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers, or experienced fee earners.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Solid knowledge of the full range of residential conveyancing work
• Confident handling freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
