A well regarded regional firm in Basingstoke is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ PQE who is confident managing their own files and looking for a long term role with a stable and friendly team.

The Role You’ll handle a varied residential property caseload, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New builds and shared ownership
• Lease extensions and title work

You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and admin support, with a strong emphasis on client service and quality.

What We’re Looking For • 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage files independently from instruction to completion
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Well organised and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
