Residential Conveyancer - In House

Our client is a leading housebuilder in the South Yorkshire region looking for a Residential Conveyancer. This is a great opportunity for a candidate keen to develop and progress their skills.
Based in South Yorkshire this company does offer hybrid working and would want candidates willing to go into their offices 3-4 days per week.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of conveyancing and new build
• Manage a busy caseload of plot sales from opening to completion
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
• Be able to balance legal risks with commercial and operational needs of the business

Our client envisages that candidates with at least one year of experience will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this range but who have the relevant experience.
