Residential Conveyancer - Low Volume/High Quality Caseload In Legal 500 Firm

Are you passionate about residential conveyancing but feel jaded by the high-volume/conveyancing factory roles? A leading Legal 500 firm in West Yorkshire is looking to add an experienced conveyancer to the team to do the exact opposite of that. With a focus on quality rather than quantity, client care is at the forefront of everything the team does, allowing you to do the legal work with absolute care rather than en masse.

It doesn't matter if you're not a solicitor, or be CLC qualified, the main thing is your experience. If you've got at least 4 years of experience in residential conveyancing and you want to be able to offer great client care, then this role could be for you.

The team is relatively small, since the focus is on quality rather than quantity, but each fee earner has an assistant to help you work to the best of your ability.

To help with that all important work life balance, the firm has a hybrid working policy which is 2 days at home and 3 days in the office but one of the office days would need to be Friday for completions.

The salary for this role will depend on years of experience but for someone with significant experience, the salary can go up to £50,000 plus access to department-focused and firm bonuses.
