Job Description - Residential Conveyancer - Market leading salary

An opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to play a key role in a well-established practice. Running a mixed caseload of files with varying complexity. Dealing with a busy caseload of residential property files in a relaxed and close team.

Key requirements of the role:

Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and independently and taking all cases from instruction through to completion.
There is great scope for progression in this business and continued training from the highly experienced lawyers in firm.
Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced conveyancer. It is not essential but preferred if you have qualified as Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
