About the Role
The successful candidate will join a thriving Residential Conveyancing department, managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions with the support of an experienced administrative team. Responsibilities include:

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing transfers of equity, remortgages, and lease extensions
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents with accuracy and clarity
• Delivering a high standard of client care and professional communication
• Ensuring compliance with CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme) protocols
• Collaborating with colleagues to uphold departmental service standards

This is a quality-focused position where the emphasis is on excellent service, not volume.

• A qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
