The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including:

• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, and freeholds
• Conducting title investigations, due diligence, and property searches
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth communication and timely progression
• Negotiating contract terms and advising clients on their rights and obligations
• Maintaining accurate records and correspondence in compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for an experienced and confident conveyancer who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation
