Residential Conveyancer Positions - West Midlands

An established regional law firm is looking to grow its residential property team with the addition of several Conveyancers who enjoy managing varied caseloads and working closely with clients.

This is a fast-paced, client-focused environment with genuine scope for progression and a strong local presence. The firm is expanding following sustained success across its offices and a rising caseload.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing a diverse caseload
• Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, mortgages, and title checks
• Advising clients throughout the process and ensuring a high standard of service
• Collaborating with colleagues, legal assistants, and paralegals across offices
• Supporting business development efforts to grow and sustain the team’s pipeline

About you:
• At least 2-3 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Qualified by Experience
• A strong background in managing a varied conveyancing caseload independently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to putting clients first
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a willingness to develop within the team
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, supportive, and client-facing environment

Primarily office-based across sites the West Midlands. Hybrid working (1 day per week) is available following a successful probation period.
