A well-established and client-focused law firm based in Reading is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property department. The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New build and Help to Buy transactions

The role includes direct client contact and liaison with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, with administrative support available from an experienced team.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience running residential conveyancing files independently
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proficient in using case management systems
• Adaptable, well-organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
