My client, a large North West based law firm with offices throughout the UK are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor to join their office based in Warrington.

This opportunity is particularly exciting as there is a rare chance to build a new team therefore an existing contact network or following would be highly desirable.

Applicants will need to be Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or qualified through experience and will be able to demonstrate previous experience managing a full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing files (around 70) from start to finish and will be able to hit the ground running.

The Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor role offers a competitive salary that is negotiable depending on experience level, flexible home working available if required, benefits package to include 25 days holiday and the chance to earn an additional day each month.
