My client is a leading multi-service commercial law firm operating across Derbyshire and South Yorkshire. It has an outstanding reputation in the market for the client care, high quality work and its excellent working culture. 

It is seeking to appoint a Legal Assistant work out of its office in the beautiful town of Bakewell in Derbyshire, to work alongside and provide full legal support to the residential conveyancing department. 

The role offers flexibility and real work life balance. You'll be working alongside a very experienced team of residential property specialists who have a fantastic reputation in the region. You will have previous experience working in a residential conveyancing department (ideally 12m+) and have had exposure to dealing with an array of conveyancing transactions including: sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold, remortgage, transfer of equity etc.

Working alongside an experienced residential conveyancer you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational duties and proactively progress the conveyancing caseload to completion, communicating with clients effectively.
