Residential Conveyancing Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Executive to join our Housing team!

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience required to undertake residential conveyancing work.

What we need from you

• Experience in residential conveyancing work.
• Numerate, good verbal reasoning and excellent attention to detail.
• An astute problem solver.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work well with clients, external consultants and colleagues.

What you'll be doing

• Dealing with high net worth clients.
• All aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Dealing with “non-standard” residential property transactions.
• Working closely with the private client team to service the residential property requirements of existing clients.
• Providing a bespoke personal service to clients.
